About the role
In supporting Domino's long-term strategic objectives and ambitious growth strategy the Supply Chain Planning Lead will play a pivotal role in developing an integrated business planning culture. The role will be responsible for maturing capability through cross functional partnerships taking accountability for the delivery and continuous improvement of group wide Sales & Operations (S&OP) processes. This will include developing a consistent, standardised approach to business planning building scalability across group operations. The successful application will be responsible for leading a team to develop and enhance the tools, process, and skills necessary to facilitate cross functional planning & collaboration, working with Manufacturing Sites, Sales, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Materials Planning & Logistics

Key Responsibilities
- Ownership and governance of Global S&OP policies through effective collaboration
- Establish a robust Integrated Business Planning rhythm, connecting, and aligning all functional areas of the business to a common plan.
- Develop clear processes and policies around evolution and maturity of the S&OP
- Develop, align & lead the S&OP maturity vision regionally and globally through road map execution.
- Drive visibility, root cause analysis and mitigation efforts for deviations from plans and forecast.
- Development and roll out of aligned stocking policies for finished goods, spares, and raw materials.
- Improve communication flows between all operational partners in the Domino group to optimise customer experience and cost.
- Drive improvements to the forecast accuracy and communicate total demand forecast for the group.
- Support sourcing teams in delivering group aggregated forecasts strengthening supplier delivery performance metrics.
- Establish clear KPI's which drive the overall business KPI's of OTIF, Inventory availability and Cost of Goods reduction.
- Establish planning culture & capability through cross functional partnership enabling improved cash flow, increased revenue, reduced inventory, and profitable growth
- Help support improvements in OTIF, Inventory availability and Cost of Goods reduction.
- Maintain Forecast Accuracy Performance at the Group level and improve overall accuracy across product groups and sales channels.
- Improve maturity of S&OP enhancing the link between strategy and execution that engages senior management in a tangible way to make decisions to balance company goals and direction with sales and operational capability.
- Have 3-5 years in a similar supply chain, planning / logistics role.
- Highly numerate and confident analysing information
- Have a track record of making clear, positive recommendations and decisions.
- Experience in designing, documenting, implementing, and improving work processes.
- Experience in Lean Processes and change management
- A strong communicator and influencer, able to communicate clearly with peers or Executives as needed.
- High analytical & problem-solving capability
- Structured, self-motivated, and ambitious
- Flexible and adaptable with a drive to succeed.
- Results driven approach and ability to measure financial implication and business performance from a bottom-line perspective.
- Ability to make S&OP accessible by making sources and limitations of data accessible and visible to all participants.
- Ability to construct effective change management strategies and secure wide followship.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to exchange knowledge between departments and work toward shared common goals.
