We're seeking a passionate and strategic Group Key Account Director to drive our mission forward and cultivate lasting partnerships with our key clients in the Non-Food Retail sector such as ASOS, Next, JD Sports, John Lewis, Zara and H&M.

As a Group Key Account Director, you'll be the driving force behind fostering and nurturing corporate relationships with our key clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and retention while driving revenue growth. Your communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills will enable you to effectively manage accounts, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and provide exceptional customer service.

Of equal importance is your internal stakeholder management. The role is focussed on generating organic growth in strategic accounts which will demand both a thorough knowledge of the Group’s services, but also an appreciation of how to work across the business effectively to implement innovative and profitable solutions. You will be an agent of the Recycle, Re-use and Comply divisions which comprise Reconomy; helping to grow their presence with iconic clients.

You will be responsible for delivering an organic growth target across select target accounts on behalf of all divisions. The Key Account Directors will identify latent client needs and collaborate with operational teams to affect service additions, innovations, and enhancements. This will be achieved through effective lead generation, cross sales activity, product knowledge, pipeline management and group advocacy.

Ideal Candidate

An ideal candidate will have senior Account Management experience and be comfortable with generating, developing and converting new sales leads. They will also be educated to degree level or equivalent and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and hold a full UK driver’s license.
