Group Human Resources Advisor

1 x permanent role; 1 x 9 months fixed term contract

TBG Flex is seeking to hire a Group HR People Advisor to add to the growing team.

The successful candidate’s role will be to advise, coach and collaborate with middle and senior managers within your business area to deliver effective people solutions across a broad spectrum of HR issues; change programmes, employee relations, performance and transactional duties. You will work with other HR Business Partners and as part of a team whilst maintaining the essential presence within your client group.

We are seeking a candidate who is able to provide expert, pragmatic advice and support in all areas of HR, applying creative thinking to solve people issues, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have demonstrable experience of providing effective generalist HR advice and guidance within a fast-paced, customer-focussed environment.
  • Come equipped with experience of applying, or an understanding of, transactional HR processes and related legislation throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to effectively challenge and influence managers and their team members to deliver positive people related outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in HR administration or advisory role
  • Knowledge of iTrent desireble

This organisation values being able to meet as a team and with the rest of the business in-person. There’s therefore an expectation that you’d work from our Colindale office, and other sites across the Borough a minimum of 2 days per week, with other days working remotely.
