New Homes Viewing Assistant

Saturday 10:00-17:00 Horsham and surrounding areas

Do you have a confident, positive and driven approach, and are seeking an opportunity to join a friendly and passionate team on a part time basis? This is the role for you!

We are looking for a Saturday Viewing Assistant for our New Homes Team, based within Horsham and surrounding areas. As part of our New Homes team you will deal exclusively with high-quality, premium new homes within highly sought-after developments that are usually between 3-30 plots.

You will typically be based in one show home at a time, meaning you’ll be able to completely familiarise yourself with the development inside and out. You will carry out viewings for potential purchasers and highlight the key features and selling points of each home whilst ensuring you follow all relevant Consumer Code guidelines, negotiating where necessary and securing reservations for developer clients. Strong communication and administration skills are vital, as well as a passion for providing a high level of service to potential purchasers and developer clients alike.

Our welcoming and friendly team will provide any relevant training, as well as all information that could be required for the development to ensure you are able to deal with any enquiries that may arise.

Core hours are 10am to 5pm on Saturdays, but additional hours may be available for holiday cover of other team members.

Key responsibilities for the New Homes Viewing Assistant role include:

  • Conducting viewings of new homes (both pre-booked and ‘walk ins’)
  • Administration including registering applicant’s details, completing reservation forms etc
  • Co-ordination of appointments within the show home diary
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone and email
  • Providing diligent and detailed updates on viewings and applicants to the rest of the team
  • Obtaining all relevant chain information
  • Securing reservations in a transparent, positive manner

Skills Required:

  • Previous property experience is desirable, but other sales and customer service backgrounds with transferable skills will be considered
  • Punctual
  • Articulate with excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Competent with Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Full UK driving licence and car owner required

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 7 per week

Salary: £15.00 per hour
