Group Head of Supported Learning
- Salary MPR/UPR (with TLR and SEN allowance)
- Package Full Time Permanent Contract
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and passionate individual to join our Inclusive Learning leadership team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the further development and evolvement of our Supported Learning curriculum provision across the Group. This new position will have a key a focus on ensuring our provision can continue to meet the increasing and widening educational needs of our students with SEND. Alongside implementing provision growth, there will be an expectation to maintain very high-quality outcomes for our students.
The position will include taking responsibility for ensuring; appropriate professional development opportunities are offered to our Supported Learning teaching staff, teaching and learning activities can be measured as highly effective and also ensuring that our student’s experiences result in high levels of satisfaction.
