Our client is an iconic gaming group with an ever-expanding footprint and a fantastic culture. Due to the continues growth, they require an energetic Group Finance Analyst to help the finance team on an interim basis for 12 months.
Role Summary:
This 12 month contract role provides interim cover and support for Group Reporting Manager's day to day role, while the Group Reporting Manager leads a global consolidation project. The role will encompass the day-to-day activities of the Group Reporting Manager, but may also include global project work as required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse cashflow budget/forecast for consolidation group
- Prepare cashflow budget/forecast for the financial year
- Analyse the variance between budget/forecast and actual and report the result to Global Treasury team
Technical support / Ad hoc month end support
- Technical support on the consolidation process in terms of compliance with Group Corporate Accounting Policy
- Ad hoc support to resolve technical accounting issues
- Ad hoc monthly consolidation or Group Reporting Tool system support
- Group and local currency, revaluation and translation anaylsis
- Support for the wider consolidation team monthly activities as needed (journals, review, consolidation processes)
Establish reporting structure for new requirements
- Consider further automation of consolidation reporting for HQ
The Candidate:
- Big 4 accounting firm (PwC/Deloitte/KPMG/EY) trained
- Post-Qualified Experience for multinational corporation for 3 years
- Strong excel and excel modelling skills
