Job description

What you'll do

  • Lead the development of the D&I plan across Group entities in line with Global Diversity & Inclusion Strategy
  • Partner closely with the regional and functional HR and Business leaders to provide Diversity and Inclusion thought leadership and support; ensuring Vodafone Group is place where everyone can be themselves and belong
  • Conduct data analysis in partnership with the Data Analytics team across the employee lifecycle, to identify trends and recommend adjusting action plans to address gaps to Group entities as appropriate
  • Collaborate across the Group HR communities to ensure that Inclusion & Belonging is embedded across all aspects of the employee lifecycle at Vodafone Group and that we attract, develop and retain global talent, reflective of the diversity of the customers and communities that we serve
  • Work with and coordinate Group Employee Networks to evolve Group D&I activities based on Networks’ feedback

Who you are

  • A passion for Diversity and Inclusion and ability to work well across different teams, functions and geographies to deliver D&I programmes
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to draw insights from data dashboards to create D&I narratives and action plans
  • Experience in diversity and inclusion, designing and delivering D&I programmes in partnership with a business within a matrix organisation
  • Knowledge and experience of equality, diversity and inclusion legislation and policies internationally
