JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Group Administrator / Receptionist

Reporting to: Group Director

We are currently looking to recruit a Group Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in Caerphilly.

Summary of main responsibilities and activities
Manage the distribution of incoming post
Organise, sort, frank and dispatch all outgoing postal items, ensuring postal collection deadlines are met
Ensure that the franking machine is in working order and that there is a sufficient supply of franking labels, funding etc. to provide efficient use
Carryout printing tasks for the group
Assist with electronic scanning of files as and when required
Organise and manage the archiving filing system and records
Monitor stationary, liaising with our Accounts team to ensure a sufficient stock level are in place at all times
Carry out switchboard and reception duties and in doing so:
- Be the first point of contact to office visitors
- Ensure all visitors are signed in and out of the building
- Manage the distribution of incoming telephone calls having established the caller’s requirements
- Answer incoming telephone calls within set service standards
- Take and relay telephone messages as required by callers
- Maintain an accurate log of the whereabouts of all employees

Working conditions
- Caerphilly office based - 5 days a week office based.
- occasional attendance at external promotional and professional functions
- Pace of work often high, working with strict time control pressures involves responsibility for the company’s operational well being
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00 per year
