The Role
The below is a brief summary of the role, more details will be discussed at the
interview stage.
Based from the LS25 area and working closely with the Regional Operations
Manager you will be responsible for completing on-site grounds care services
including grass cutting, weed control, maintenance of shrubs and flowerbeds,
planting works and litter picking.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:
. Represent the company with a polite and professional manner.
. Positive can do attitude
. Attention to detail
. Experienced in running a team of operatives.
· Complete all relevant job documentation via a mobile phone.
· Identify and report any H&S issues or site standard issues to the line manager.
· Ensure safe on-site working practice.
· Complete basic maintenance and upkeep of vehicles and equipment under your control.

Salary: £11.25-£12.00 per hour

- Grounds Maintenance: 3 years (required)
- Team Leader: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
- PA1 PA6 (preferred)
