To carry out general grounds maintenance work, assist with grave preparation activities and to undertake Sexton duties within the Cemeteries operated by the Authority.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high performing cemeteries team. Working primarily in Overpool Cemetery, Ellesmere Port you will be required to have excellent communication skills, be resilient, and be able work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Day to day tasks will include maintenance of burial areas including grass cutting, levelling and turfing of graves, litter picking, assisting with the preparation of graves for burial and carrying out sexton duties.
