The University of Edinburgh’s, Sport and Exercise seeks a hardworking, diligent and enthusiastic individual t o help manage, maintain and deliver the grounds maintenance programme at the University of Edinburgh’s Peffermill Playing Fields ~ helping to ensure all surfaces (grass and synthetic) are delivered to a world-class standard.
The Opportunity:
As a member of the grounds team, reporting to the Grounds Manager, you will work a rotating shift pattern, with occasional weekends and share responsibility for the care and condition of Peffermill Playing Fields premium sports pitches. You will respond to changing conditions, including seasonal peaks and inclement weather, with the need to make play / no-play decisions.
