Job description
Our construction company is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the smooth running of sites in London. We aim to keep you on one site but we might need on the odd occasion to transfer you to another site. You will be expected to be hands on with other site labour and also liase regularly with the company Director. The company director is very hands on and needs supervisors to be experienced in the trade and capable to liase with him directly.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience and a desire to learn more about the construction industry. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring relevant paperwork is completed and that H&S is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and provide instruction on the safety procedures and use of equipment at the job site.
- Coordinate activities of workers including estimating time required and materials needed.
- Ensure that the latest safety regulations are met in accordance with legal limits, code requirements and insurance standards.
- Maintain supplies of all necessary equipment and tools for the job site.
- Supervise and coordinate activities at work site with other workers, crew leaders, and other supervisors.
- Communicate with supervisors and maintain record job site progress.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: £140.00-£200.00 per day

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
