Ground Worker
United Living Property Services are a growing business operating a huge number of partnering agreements for responsive repairs and maintenance services across London and the South East; owing to a recent contract win we are looking for an Groundworker to join our busy team, managing electrical repairs across a patch in London and the western Home Counties, based in Thame.
We are looking for Groundworkers who have experience and are able to manage and control the activities on site to successfully complete the task following all health and safety procedures. The successful applicant may be expected to travel as required.

As an Groundworker you will need the following :
- Highly developed verbal and written communication.
- Highly organised and customer focused.
- Strong client facing and team working skills.
- Experience to undertake the role effectively.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
