Ground Operations Officer Norwich, England
Job description
We are seeking 2 x Ground Operations Officers to join our Ground Operations team in Norwich. Primarily, the role will involve:
- Co-ordination of passenger check-in and manifests;
- Loading and unloading of passengers onto the aircraft;
- Baggage and freight manifesting;
- Loading and unloading of passenger baggage and freight;
- General labouring duties.
Person Specification: (minimum education requirements, key skills, and experience)
Experience:
- Previous experience of working as a Ground Operations Officer is highly advantageous, but training will be given.
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to undertake shift work which will include weekends;
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually;
- Some heavy lifting may be involved;
- Ability to work on own initiative whilst adhering to procedures.
