As a Grill Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each burger that leaves our kitchen is nothing short of perfection.Key Responsibilities:* Expertly operate and maintain the grill, achieving consistent cooking standards.* Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee optimal flavor and safety.* Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to uphold quality and presentation standards.* Assist in prepping ingredients and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.* Contribute creative ideas to enhance our burger offerings.Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards- Operate grill equipment and maintain cleanliness and safety standards- Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented in an appealing manner- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesSkills:- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a teamIf you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to have you join our team as a Grill Cook.
