Job description
The successful applicant will report to the course manager and be tasked with the day to day maintenance, renovation & improvement of our practice facilities. Namely, a five hole academy course which will be improved for implementation to the main course in adverse weather/winter months to relieve playing pressure on selected holes, a 9 hole “short course” for practice, teaching & junior development, a practice ground inclusive of practice tee & chipping area & a newly constructed putting green, chipping green & driving nets which will also be used by wales golf unions elite squad of golfers. Salary will be inline with existing structure & dependent on experience & qualifications. This position may suit an ambitious greenkeeper wishing to use their skills to develop and improve an area of the course without the daily pressure of regular golf footfall. would suit a greenkeeper with some experience and qualifications to a minimum of level2 as the role will involve a wide variety of duties and equipment.
