Your New Role...
We have an exciting new role for a junior designer looking to take the next step in their career, for one of the biggest brands in the world. Working behind the scenes at the Harry Potter Studio Tour, you will be creating marketing, promotional and operational assets to support activity across all areas of Warner Bros. Studio Tour London.
Using design and editing software, you will be delivering creative ideas including digital static images, posters, gifs and editing videos. This also includes photographing or videoing assets with the Studio Tour to create new engaging content.
You will be managing the entire design process from informing design briefs, creation and delivery of creative to the printers, publication to uploading through a content management system. This will be working across multiple departments to deliver your innovative creations for internal and consumer direct marketing.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Repurpose agency-designed campaign artwork working with layered design files to deliver additional formats required for the website, email and social content, Studio Tour signage, internal communications and e-commerce site
- Source and develop new assets for the Studio Tour using approved image/asset libraries
- Support day to day management of the Studio Tour asset library; ensuring content is up-to-date; approving access and monitoring use
- Create and revise presentations, brand guidelines, templates and other design tasks
- Provide design support, when required, to other teams across Worldwide Studio Tours & Retail division
- See ideas through to the last details of file organisation and clean-up, using specified filename conventions, adhering to template specifications, proofing content and spellchecking
Qualifications & Experiences...
- Excellent knowledge of design software essential; Photoshop and Adobe Creative use is essential
- Solid design experience in an agency or in-house environment at junior weight level, preferably in entertainment or attraction industry
- Photography skills essential
- Knowledge of video editing essential, including experience using Adobe After Effects
- Experience in copywriting an advantage
