About the Position
Woodcock Notary Public Limited is seeking a creative marketing professional to join our team.
As a Digital Marketing Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials that promote our company's brand and services. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging designs that resonate with our target audience and contribute to the overall success of our marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, design skills, copywriting, and marketing acumen.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually compelling marketing materials: You will be responsible for creating a wide range of marketing assets such as digital advertisements, social media graphics, website layouts, email templates, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team: Work closely with the marketing team to understand their goals and objectives, and translate them into visually appealing designs. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency: Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to the company's brand guidelines, including the appropriate use of colors, fonts, logos, and other visual elements. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with design and industry trends: Keep abreast of current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Apply this knowledge to enhance the visual impact and effectiveness of marketing materials.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as product management, sales, and content creators, to understand their requirements and incorporate their feedback into design deliverables.
- Quality assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Make necessary revisions and improvements based on feedback and testing.
Requirements:
- Diploma, or equivalent level qualification, in a graphic design or marketing related subject
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design or closely-related field.
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS.
- Copywriting / proofreading skills.
