Graphic Designer (Digital)

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives on taking an idea and making it different, and engaging. You see things differently and love making others do the same. You bring your uniqueness into your work and thrive on a team where ideas are bounced around and everyone’s thoughts are heard. You’re a collaborator and want to take all the best ideas and combine them to make stellar creative. While your primary focus will be designing for Shopper Marketing, Ford.ca and CRM, you can switch gears seamlessly to design for app, social media, and other traditional channels.
You Will:
- Be responsible for delivering well crafted, strategic creative solutions for digital video, mobile, social media, email and websites
- Ensure all work is of the highest possible quality
- Maintain our commitment to changing consumer behaviour through disruptive ideas
- Work closely with the Account Team to understand all client business requirements and the Data Team to understand consumer insights
- Collaborate with the content team (author, QA, component expert) to optimize required assets and design for online and mobile environments
- Contribute to brainstorms
- Monitor progress of assignments through each phase of development
- Be an ambassador for the agency in front of clients, with vendors, partners etc.
You Have:
- 1-2 years’ experience developing digital communications with a focus on digital, video, CRM (email and direct mail) in an agency environment
- A knack for taking information and creating a simplified method to communicate it
- An insatiable curiosity about industry, consumer and technology trends
- Exceptional skills in MacOS, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite
- A College/University diploma in design
