To be considered for this role you must:

  • Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies, liaising with line managers and the company owner and take on responsibility of carrying out parts of the digital strategy yourself
  • Take full responsibility to deliver digital marketing strategies
  • Be creative and energetic at all times!
  • Help develop social paid ad campaigns, promotions, and content strategies that are integrated with the overall marketing & PR plan for clients
  • Have a specialism where you can actively contribute digitally
  • Want to contribute to engaging and relevant blog and video content
  • Assisting account managers with content calendars across all digital marketing / social media channels, ensuring content is appropriate for each client
  • Have presentational skills to report or help account managers report in the best, clearest manner to clients
  • Be responsible for all digital marketing reporting & analytics for clients, working towards agreed marketing targets and KPIs
  • Grow engagement, visibility, reach, audience, and impact through social campaigns and through proactive and reactive engagement.
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Digital marketing experience, ideally gained in a high growth, fast paced company
  • Strong content marketing track record and a demonstrable level of skill
  • Proven social media experience delivering campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of Social Media best practice
  • Basic digital knowledge in SEO, PPC, SEM, CRM
  • Fluency with metrics and management tools
  • High level of organisational skills and a collaborative approach
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communicator
  • Self starter with a lot of initiative, an enthusiastic can-do attitude and the flexibility and desire to grow in a fast paced start up environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
