Cash Converters - the UK's leading buying and selling retailer and also financial services experts. We are a franchise in West Midlands area and have 9 stores. We are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager or Store Designate for one of our North Birmingham stores
The Role:
- Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
- Dealing with store issues such as: queries and complaints
- Drive and motivate your team
- Interviewing and recruiting new staff
- Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
- Organising rotas and holidays
- The Candidate: The ideal Store Manager will possess the following attributes:
- At least 2 years Managerial experience. We are open to all candidates from all backgrounds but it is essential that you have had managerial experience.

- Retail/ Customer Service experience
- Continuity in employment
- Solid understanding of profit and loss (P&L)
- An understanding of KPI’s
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills
