Job description

Are you interested in working in a network of world-leading research and innovation centres?

The University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) is searching for
a graphic designer to join its vibrant Marketing and Communications team. We are looking for someone with a passion for creative and innovative design to help us deliver impactful campaigns and messaging, and bring the AMRC’s new visual identity to life. We need fresh-thinking and someone who has the confidence to challenge, push boundaries and think without limits.

It is an exciting time to be part of our journey. You will play an integral role in the visualisation, development and delivery of projects and campaigns to drive forward the AMRC’s vision and strategy, and keep our diverse global audiences engaged with your creative ambition and flair.

As the ideal candidate you will have experience in a design role, preferably working within a creative agency or similar environment. You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills and an extensive knowledge and understanding of both modern and traditional design with strong layout and typography skills.

Your application should include a link to your portfolio, which will reflect your creative flair and flexibility, with a variety of eye-opening designs that showcase the diversity of your experience across a wide variety of projects.
