About the Job: Graphic Designer

Our agency is seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and experience in print design, physical promotional product, social media graphics and ads. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing visually appealing designs that align with our clients' marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for print, physical promotional products, social media graphics, and ads.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their design needs and develop creative solutions.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring designs are completed on time and within budget.
• Review designs for errors and ensure they meet brand guidelines.

Skills:

• Strong design skills with an eye for detail and composition.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with print production and creating physical promotional products.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and creating graphics for social media ads.
• Strong time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal and client teams.
• Ability to think creatively and analytically.
• A self-starter with a passion for design and a strong desire to learn.

Nice to have:

• Design experience in different design fields (Web, Branding, etc)
• Experience working in an agency setting
• Experience with project management software tools
• Experience communicating with clients
• Experience conducting project discovery clients
