We're looking for an ambitious Designer to join our Marketing team to produce marketing collateral including digital, web, and print, both through graphic design and video editing.
If successful, you will work on:
- Interpreting creative briefs to produce high-quality assets in line with our brand guidelines
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders to meet expectations and desired outcomes of design projects
- Taking ownership of design projects, developing concepts, graphics, and layouts ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to develop design collateral
- Creating a range of design assets, from social media layouts to event stand design and website graphics
- Editing short and long-form video content
- Acting on feedback,and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions
- Liaising with external printers/production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material meets quality expectations
About You
You're an ambitious individual with solid design skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. Ideally you'll have some experience in a design role, but we're open to hearing from proactive graduates too.
You will need to have:
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- A Creative/Design focused qualification
- A portfolio of your design/video work
- Great communication skills & the ability to take ownership of projects
And it's not essential, but we'd love it if you have:
- Proficiency in animation
- Experience working with Figma
