The Role

There is an opportunity within this role for someone to help us shape the direction of our creative output. You will be instrumental in getting projects started by creating compelling (and commercially viable) concept ideas, executing high-quality designs and assisting with all areas of the design process as required. This will be weighted towards large format (wall art) work, but you would need to be comfortable working across various graphic design disciplines (e.g. print and brand). The role involves linking with the sales team to help visualise ideas for new and existing clients.

This looks like:

  • Creating beautiful and engaging designs
  • Delivering lots of ideas - ideation should be your happy place
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Indesign & Photoshop
  • Translating verbal or written briefs into compelling concept designs
  • Working at speed with new and existing client brands
  • An excellent understanding of design principles

  • You are highly skilled at creating graphics, and you love every moment of it
  • You can find simple ways to explain complex ideas
  • You have a proven understanding of typography, layout and colour
  • You love collaborating, get on well with people and have good communication skills
  • You have excellent observational skills
  • You can quickly adapt when required to

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
