We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working Senior Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST have experience in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Typical activities include:
- Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production
- Be able to oversee other team members in the studio and actively be involved in brainstorming projects.
- Working with clients, and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts & company logos
- Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
- Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
- Social media
Applications will NOT be considered without a portfolio of work, and must be able to commute to Gravesend, Kent.
If you are a graphic designer with the additional ability to build websites, understand word press, Shopify and also do Photography and video/editing then the pay package will be increased.
Web developer requirements
- A proven track record in a development environment
- A strong understanding of programming principles and languages
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript & SEO
- Excellent knowledge of WordPress
- Experience in integrations including API’s
