We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working Senior Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST have experience in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Typical activities include:

• Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production
• Be able to oversee other team members in the studio and actively be involved in brainstorming projects.
• Working with clients, and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts & company logos
• Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
• Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
• Social media

Applications will NOT be considered without a portfolio of work, and must be able to commute to Gravesend, Kent.

If you are a graphic designer with the additional ability to build websites, understand word press, Shopify and also do Photography and video/editing then the pay package will be increased.

Web developer requirements

• A proven track record in a development environment
• A strong understanding of programming principles and languages
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript & SEO
• Excellent knowledge of WordPress
• Experience in integrations including API’s

Education:

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 3 years (required)
