Systemscope is looking for an enthusiastic entry-level Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of experience to support our team, helping to infuse user-centred design into our Government of Canada consulting engagements, ultimately transforming how our clients deliver government services to Canadians.

Roles and Responsibilities
Applying user-centred design approaches to solve business challenges
Developing creative and effective visualizations of models, concepts and data
Designing user interfaces for applications that drive the next generation of government services
Producing service design deliverables (e.g. personas, scenarios, prototypes, blueprints, storyboards) to communicate and drive transformation
Contributing to a growing team of user experience designers and consulting capability at Systemscope
Sharing your passion about the business value of user centred design approaches, and promoting that value to others
Requirements
2+ years of graphic design experience creating compelling visual communication materials and/or user interfaces
Experience with prototyping tools, UI design tools, and Adobe suite
Understanding of iterative UX product and service design approaches
Ability to assess and manage time across competing priorities and projects
Strong foundation in user-centred design and focused on and act as a champion for the user
Natural collaborator and love to solve problems
Strong communicator
Post-secondary education
Assets
You can work effectively in both English and French
You have experience and knowledge of the public sector (ie. organizations, policies, programs, processes) and has their security clearance
You have experience with Government of Canada web and accessibility standards (e.g. WET4, WCAG)
You have experience with UX research and usability testing
