Salary: £22-24K – depending on experience
Package: x20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)

Role: Permanent – Full time – 37.5hrs
The Company
Superstars work in conjunction with over 350 fundraising events throughout the year, supplying bespoke experiences and hotel stays which are auctioned at the events. Additionally, we supply our products to both corporates and high net worth individuals. Superstars is an established company with a growing team, who are energetic, friendly and focused, whilst priding itself on outstanding customer service with a ‘customer is king’ attitude.
The Role
The role predominantly involves designing auction brochures for fundraising events. Other responsibilities include managing in-house print production from start to finish – ensuring that print deadlines are met, and designing all marketing collateral such as certificates, vouchers, magazine adverts, flyers and banners.
Essential requirements: -
- Must have competent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; in particular InDesign and Photoshop (1 year experience required)
- A pro-active can-do attitude with the ability to multi task and manage your time and workload effectively to meet tight deadlines, especially print deadlines
- Communicate efficiently with the Account Managers to ensure the event briefs are met
- Work alongside clients to adhere to their brand guidelines
- Excellent attention to detail is critical - brochure designs, proofing elements
- Able to support other administrative areas of the business – answer phones
- Hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. You must have a flexible attitude to the role. As an events business there are particularly busy periods, which require flexibility to ensure the business is operating at its full potential.
