Are you a talented Graphic Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a solid understanding of website design? 121 Shoes, the leading footwear company based in Edinburgh, is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your design expertise and contribute to the visual identity of a renowned brand in the fashion industry.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for various mediums, including digital platforms, packaging, and marketing collateral. Develop innovative website designs that align with user experience best practices and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and web development, to bring design concepts to life.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards to continuously enhance the quality of our designs.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creative digital design.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of website design principles, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX) concepts.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design frameworks is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail and meticulous approach to design and layout.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interpret design briefs.
A creative mindset and a passion for staying updated on design trends and emerging technologies.
