ABOUT THE ROLE
As one of our Graphic Designers, you will plan and design creative graphical content and branding for use on our promotional materials, social media and websites. You'll utilise innovative and original concepts to promote and improve our brand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Study and apply the design brief when producing content.
- Conceptualise visuals based on the project at hand.
- Prepare and present rough drafts of the design briefs.
- Use appropriate colours, dimensions, and layouts for each graphical design/image.
- Amend developed designs after proposing for feedback.
- Acquire appropriate licenses for assets used.
- Follow brand style and identity guidelines.
- Ensure that the final designs are visually appealing, demonstrate our brand, and are well representative of our business and the message we want to convey.
- Manage backups of source files, assets, exported graphics, etc.
- Actively communicate with your supervisor and provide frequent updates of work completed.
REQUIRED CRITERIA
- High proficiency in English.
- Proven graphic design experience.
- An extensive portfolio of original designs and works.
- Strong familiarity with design software and tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with a team.
- Creativity and ability to produce original and engaging graphics content.
- Able to work productively whilst consistently meeting deadlines.
DESIRABLE TRAITS
- Degree or Certificate in Graphic Design or Media.
- Colour-accurate monitor (IPS panel).
