Scrubbi is hiring for a part-time Graphic Designer to help drive engagement and growth in our Canadian markets.

Job Description:
This is a role where imagination and analytics meet. Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated person who has the creativity and technical skills to create images that get people to perform an action – and the ability to analyze and adjust when it doesn’t work.
You’ll primarily be producing digital assets from start to finish including idea conception, storyboarding, copywriting, graphics and animation, post-production, and post-processing; as well as distributing these assets to various platforms (social media, youtube, websites, email, etc.).

Responsibilities:
- Researching and creating content to be used for various social media platforms, articles, and emails.
- Develop initiatives to grow our social media presence and community through internal and external influencers programs and campaigns.
- The devouring of cake.
- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns on various social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- Preparedness to conquer the ultimate (ongoing) game of Jenga.
- Help develop and maintain Scrubbi’s brand voice across all accounts for Scrubbi.
- Ping pong and foosball enthusiast.
- Work with various other departments for their internal and external documents, and other content needs.
- Celebrating individual, team, and company successes.
- Joining in with after work team events.
- Representing Scrubbi loud and proud.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Master of Adobe CC software – particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
- Experience and understanding of layout design for digital and physical ads.
- Knowledge of different Social Media platforms – Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Pure love and joy for food.
- Excellent copywriting and verbal skills.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics.
- Wordpress, Salesforce, and Later (or similar) experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML.
