GoGecko is working in Partnership with Clarity Environmental to find a Business Support Executive to join the team.

Clarity is looking for a competent and proactive Business Support Executive who has excellent communication and people’s skills with the ability to take initiative, has thorough problem-solving skills, and acts in line with the mission, vision, and values of the business to support their business administration and finance team.
What will you be doing as a Business Support Executive?
- Contacting clients and suppliers by phone and email to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Finance administration support as required
- Communicating with suppliers regarding documentation
- Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding paperwork and logistics
- Collaborating and Project admin support for the wider team
- Ordering stationary
- Arranging Car tax for Company vehicles
- Credit control
- Supporting the business operations team
What are we looking for in a Business Support Executive?
- People person with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both by phone and email
- Determination, flexibility, and tenacity
- Highly numerate
- Proficient IT skills across the Microsoft suite
- Capable of problem solving and thinking on your feet
- Ability to multitask and plan time effectively to meet deadlines
