How you’ll fit in to the bigger picture
This is an in-house graphic design role reporting into our Marketing Manager. You will work across multiple brands in the Sanctuary Personnel group, following guidelines to produce impactful and creative designs that communicate our message to prospective candidates and clients.
No day is the same, but the work you produce will include:
- Colourful and impactful client presentations and proposals
- Engaging leaflets, case studies, information packs and documents
- Bannerstands, event collateral and branded merchandise
- Attention-grabbing social media graphics, email graphics and GIFs
We’ll also need you to:
- Take ownership of design projects from brief to delivery, liaising with stakeholders at all levels where necessary
- Interpret and implement creative briefs
- Source stock imagery, illustrations, and icons
- Be a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all internal and external collateral

Who you are
- Experience in a Creative Artworker, Junior Graphic Designer or Graphic Designer role, either in house or at an agency
- Experience of artworking designs for print
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Able to prioritise information in layouts and take constructive feedback on board
- Confident enough to offer creative input and share your opinion
- Able to follow brand guidelines and briefs
It’s not essential, but we’d also love if you had experience of the following:
- Producing GIFs in Adobe Photoshop
- Experience using Adobe XD, Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects
