Location: Gatwick or York (Hybrid working – approx. 2 flexible days a week at our office)
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + 12 flexible days in addition to holiday entitlement + other fantastic benefits

Position Summary
The eContent & Media Manager is the owner of retail readiness for Pure Play customers (Amazon & Ocado) and will support the National Account Managers to ensure that all Nestlé UK categories, (Confectionary, Coffee, Infant Nutrition, Food and Dairy) are correctly visible on the platforms whilst being a super user in customer specific tools (e.g. Vendor Central). Due to the growth in online shopping, it’s an exciting time to join a team that's really at the heart of our eCommerce agenda and drive competitive advantage and lead market-share plans to win the hearts and minds of our online shoppers.


A day in the life of an eContent & Media Manager ...


Key responsibilities will include:
  • Being the owner of all media bookings for Amazon and Ocado as per the customer specific ways of working document whislt providing guidance and advice on media plan to CBMs where required.
  • Tracking of media JBP investment for Amazon and Ocado.
  • Executing all content across NUK on the Pure Play platforms, content is to include: CGI Images, Product Titles, Product Descriptions, A+ content, Brand stores. It will also include new content and the updating of any content that needs changing.
  • Ensuring eContent is compliant with legal and retailer regulations.
  • Liaising with selected agencies and Brand Managers for the creation of on-site media and ensure all the correct approvals have been made throughout the Nestlé business functions for all media going live.
  • Ratings and reviews optimisation as per each customer process (Execution of vine credits for Amazon, Execution of star reviewers on Ocado)
  • Super User in Vendor Central (Support with use of ARA Premium and VC processes) and Ocado Beet.


What will make you successful?
To be successful in this role, you’ll already have proven experience within a commercial environment ideally with an eCommerce bias. You’ll have a solid understanding of the retail commercial and customer landscape with a passion for learning. Shopper Media experience is desirable; Amazon experience is preferred.
