Job description
We are looking for a talented and passionate graphic designer to join our thriving creative agency in Devon. Looking for someone with bags for talent for compositing images and exceptional photoshop skills and ideally also likes to make thins move in after effects or premier.
You will be working with other designers of a variety of disciplines and reporting directly to the Creative Director and Senior Project manager. You’ll be working with established global brands in the beauty and FMCG sector as well as global food and automotive brands and helping us to win some new ones.

The Role:
You will work on individual and collaborate with others on creative projects with internal and external teams, ensuring Prospekt Agency's creative and innovative standards are upheld, and creative boundaries are pushed.
Types of work will include, packaging design, trade marketing ads, social media content, concept development for campaigns, brochure design, photo retouching and composition creation, 2d animation, and pitch creation (and much more). There is also the opportunity to develop 3D and post production skills should you have an interest.
You’ll be working closely with clients to understand their project specifications and translate their requests into solid briefs, together with management.
This role is highly varied across a number of well known global brands. An ideal position who knows they craft and wants to grow and develop into other areas.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas based solely on the client’s initial brief.
- Collaborate with team members to develop client-focused solutions.
- Support the editing team with basic animations and text treatments
- Pragmatically approach projects to ensure both creative and business needs are met.
- Present and convince management, internal team members and clients of your ideas to solve their brief.
- Meet with customers (travel may be required*).
- Ensure project management team is briefed on project timings, status and potential issues.
- Support Marketing Manager with internal design requirements.
*With clients located around the globe, some international travel and out-of-hour virtual meetings may be required.
Your Profile:
We are looking for someone who is passionate and has the ability to conceptualise ideas and turn them into reality by applying their extensive design skills.
· You have 2+ years’ experience.
· You’re an “ideas-person” with a strong design portfolio covering a range of styles.
· You’ve worked on CI development and branding projects.
· You have experience with working on and from storyboards and mood boards.
· You’re comfortable taking the lead, reading briefs and solving problems
· You will have a passion for design and a high standard of delivery.
