We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding retail team. We at LUKE are looking for an enthusiastic individual to become a Brand Ambassador at our store at our East Midlands store as Sales Assistant your key role will be to support the store management team in the daily operations of the store, this includes assisting the store in achieving its sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards set by the brand and delivering great customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Delivering great customer service, by greeting customers who enter the store and assisting them in looking for product they are wanting to purchase or try on. • Giving the customer advice on product and outfit building and linking product through great product knowledge. • To ensure the customer has a world class shopping experience in store and ensuring that we are building relationships for return business and building client bases.
Additional information
