You're looking for a 4 days work week?
As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the brand and internal marketing team to provide support. You will be in charge of all visual aspects of the e-commerce and main website. You will be creating social media ad campaigns and be responsable of editing content to create visuals for the brand.
Responsabilities:
Graphic Design
- Creation of visual concepts to translate ideas and messages into printed and digital images and graphic elements.
- Design of visuals of different types: newsletters, social media visuals, web banners, posters, roll-ups, leaflets, packaging, POS, training books, corporate presentations, etc. based on the broad visual lines developed by the Marketing Manager for the different brands.
- Prepare and schedule newsletters on our email marketing platform.
- Prepare all digital files for printing needs to ensure top quality printing.
- Proceed to the development of concepts that form the basis of the projects, and realization of models and their finalization.
- Choose and develop promotional tools (bottle, t-shirt, banner etc.) in collaboration with marketing.
- Obtain cost estimates, samples and manage the technical aspects of printing and production with international printers and suppliers.
- Be in charge of all visual aspects of the e-commerce (product visuals, banners, making improvements to the online store) and of the main website.
- Ensuring the brand standards and guidelines are respected and aligned for consistency throughout all visual assets.
Social Media
- Creation of video concepts such as promotional videos, short videos (reels) for brand awareness, ongoing promotions, in-clinic experience, testimonials, etc.
- Collect, use and edit influencer content on our different platforms.
- Reposting and creating appealing stories on Instagram while making sure the visuals are on brand.
- Management of the Instagram grid (plan and create visuals, videos ahead of time to maintain an aesthetically pleasing layout that is on brand).
- Save and organize story highlights on the Instagram account.
- Creating all social media ad campaigns (feed posts, stories, videos).
Content Creation
- Creation of visuals for the brand (taking pictures, videos).
- Editing of all the content (photo editing and retouching, video editing, audio, etc.)
Requirements:
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a graphic design position
- Knowledge of the cosmetics and retail industry
- Agency experience a major asset
- Mastery of the Adobe CC suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat) in the MAC operating system
- Master the basic functions of video editing softwares (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Creativity and being able to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines
- Demonstrate positive leadership and act as a team player
- Autonomy, initiative, rigor, resourcefulness, and meticulousness

If you're based in Sherbrooke, Montreal or Calgary, you will work 2 days at one of our HQ Office and 2 days at home.
