POSITION SUMMARY:
The Graphic Designer will leverage Pepper's brand standards to conceptualize and create graphic visuals that enhance Pepper's ability to effectively communicate with our audiences across the company's platforms. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Communications, Marketing and Business Development teams in creating visuals for digital communications, sales materials, advertising and other areas using graphic design, illustrations, photography, videography, motion graphics and typesetting.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conceptualize and develop creative visuals for branded materials, email and social campaigns, web pages, sales collateral, advertisements, trade show displays, presentations, videos, project proposals, blog posts, signage and employee communications
• Ensure Pepper’s brand is accurately represented in all internal and external digital communications.
• Partner with a variety of other team members in various departments to understand their business needs and provide compelling graphic solutions.
• Maintain an image/file/asset library
• Manage the company's business paper quality control and fulfillment process (business cards, stationery, etc.)
• Work with Communications team to shape and manage photo/video shoots, asset management and servicing of materials
• Support the development of email and social media campaign design, templates and deployment processes
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications staff to ensure proper employment of brand and identity guidelines
• Ensure quality and consistency across all platforms
• Prepare files for printing in a variety of formats; Solicit bids from various vendors and manage print production
• Ample opportunity for collaboration with a variety of vendors on special projects.
• Provide insights on emerging trends/tools that can improve quality and message timeliness
• Manage and prioritize concurrent projects in a timely manner and free of error

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent required
• 3-7 years work-related experience in visual design for an agency, marketing, advertising or corporate communications department
• Strong visual aesthetic, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with other design professionals across the organization
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Ability to connect graphic to the company’s business strategy
• Video design and production skills preferred
• High level of creativity and experience working within an established set of brand standards
• Project management skills and the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects at one time
• Work well under the pressure of deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. AfterEffects/ Premiere or other video editing software skills preferred; familiarity with Ceros or familiarity with HTML a plus.
