As a Senior Graphic Designer, you hold the key to unlock the delightful world of our brand through awe-inspiring physical experiences. Collaborating closely with our ingenious creative, marketing, business development, sustainability, and product teams, you will be the visionary behind our captivating printed marketing materials, elevating lomi through retail excellence. Your Responsibilities:
Own and conquer all print design projects, breathing life into packaging, signage, 3D designs, advertisements, and brochures
Forge a harmonious alliance with our creative, marketing, and business development teams to craft captivating retail marketing materials, including sales pitch presentations, point-of-purchase (POP) displays, and retail showcases that tell a strong brand and product story
Leverage experience & insights to optimize the potential of retailer-specific opportunities
Work with marketing and product to conceptualize, design, and print product packaging that guides our customers through an immersive, omni-channel journey
Bridge the digital and physical world - we are built for digital first and looking for someone who loves to leverage our learnings in digital to create powerful IRL design experiences
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, present idea and, amend designs after feedback
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Champion our brand guidelines, using colors and layouts that breathe life into each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Coordinates with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through completion of a project
Coordinates with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. to complete projects.
Qualifications That Set You Apart:
7+ years of experience as a graphic designer with strong print experience
Experience in consumer packaged goods and retail would be an asset
'Get it done' mentality - You deliver high quality on time, and come with solutions rather than problems
Accustomed to working in a fast‐paced, dynamic, deadline-oriented environment
Strong visual communication skills - ability to clearly express ideas visually, as well as verbally
Passion and curiosity for all things tech is a plus
Software fluency - must have advanced skills in:
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
Strong understanding of Pantone booklets & trend forecasting
Strong graphic design skills including
Typography knowledge
Layout skills
Attention to detail
Strong understanding of Pantone booklets
The ability to recognize and accurately forecast home and marketing trends in relation to print, art and colour
Flexibility - ability to pivot in a constantly changing environment
Receptive to feedback
Time-management skills
