The Creative Team here at OSB Group is looking for a new member to support the graphic design function. This team is full of innovative and friendly members that make up a solid structure of copywriters, videographers and graphic designers, all collaborating and contributing to a variety of diverse projects, spread out over the multiple brands that we support. With each brand holding its own unique look and feel, no two days are the same, as we tackle all areas of design, from event spaces, to product launch assets.

OSB Group is a leading specialist mortgage lender, primarily focused on carefully selected segments of the mortgage market. Our specialist lending is supported by our Kent Reliance and Charter Savings Bank retail savings franchises. Diversification of funding is provided by sophisticated securitisation platforms. What you will be doing:In this role, you will have the opportunity to be proactive, enthusiastic and creative, tackling all aspects of graphic design to support all marketing channels both online and offline. Producing work aimed externally to customers and brokers, and internally to colleagues. Collaborate within a team of creatives, alongside other graphic designers, digital UX/UI designers, copywriters, other marketeers, and external clients.
Every day is different in this busy and varied role, and you will gain exposure to a variety of design and marketing tasks as well as supporting with project work to support your career goals.
Your responsibilities will include…
- Researching and staying up to date with key modern design trends to ensure knowledge of branding best practices and design restrictions/capabilities across online platforms and print media.
- Completing regular competitor analysis ensuring our brands are market leading from a design perspective.
- Being able to generate and execute/visualise strong creative ideas to help move the brands onto the next level.
- Receiving and handing out constructive feedback, working closely in a team of other designers.
- Acting as a global design function for all brands. Knowing when to stick to brand guidelines, and when to move away from then in a creatively suitable manner.
- Creating online advertising campaigns, including email, PowerPoint presentations, social media artwork, trade banners on third party websites, digital adverts, website skins and posters.
- Creating offline advertising campaigns, including print ads, event artwork, posters, guides, documents, and forms.
- Travelling between the Wolverhampton, London and Chatham sites as and when required
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £28,000 - £32,000 and a competitive benefits package including:
- Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 12.5%

We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:
- Previous experience in a graphic design role.
- Previous experience working within agency or in-house design team.
- Graphic design qualification (Degree/GNVQ) is essential.
- The ability to work in high pressure situations, with short deadlines, moving between multiple brands if necessary.
