The Graphic Designer will be joining a well established team who provide a range of creative solutions for the retail and leisure industries. Working with International / house hold brands, the Graphic Designer would be instrumental in creating a range of design collateral from signage, graphics and instore communication, ultimately amazing and environments to help their clients drive customer engagement.
From Signage and instore POS to full environment fit outs, no 2 days are the same with a huge range of creative problem solving. Connecting the customer with the brand is key and this is the task the team tackle on a daily basis, how they do this, well that's the fun part. With a mixture of skill sets from Design, artworking, production and build, the team covers all basis of the process.
Reporting into the Creative Director, the Graphic Designer will:
- Drive conceptual and creative solutions inline with the clients brief
- Work with the rest of the team as well as independently to complete tasks
- Have a solid understanding of Adobe Creative suit4e package including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Maintain company standards in delivering the best creative solutions for the clients
- Interpret clients briefs and offer unique and creative solutions to them
- Be confident in pitching ideas, contributing to meeting and liaise directly with clients when needed
- Have a solid understanding of printing processes and setting up artwork accordingly
- Be able to manage own time effectively
- Experience working with Sketch up would be an advantage but not essential
