We are currently looking to recruit a GraphicDesigner tosupport our Studio Team, based at our office in Ixworth Place, Chelsea.
We operate a hybrid working model: three or more days from theoffice, the remainder of the week from home.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Creative, you will createeffective, response-driven marketing and design materials to ensure our targetaudiences receive relevant and compelling communications. Taking ideas from Initialconcept to final artwork delivery, our mid-weight designer will work across allchannels.
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years experience in digitaldesign - brand or agency background preferred
- Expert Knowledge of AdobeCreative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as excellent motiongraphics skills
- Some experience running designprojects as a sole designer, from ideation and research through to presentingmock-ups and producing final assets
- Experience designing creative fordigital content marketing channels; social media, email, digital ads andon-site, with understanding of mobile and responsive designs
- Ability to understand brandstrategy/message and convert it into digital communication.
- Strong typographic and layoutskills
- Self-motivated, proactive and upfor a challenge
- Ideally background working for aluxury retail brand a big bonus
- Experience of Google Analyticsand Data Studio is beneficial
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing and artworkingcreative, effective and response driven direct marketing materials, includingdigital content, direct mail and visual retail communications, and ensuringthey meet OKAs brand values
- Working with the SeniorDesigners, Marketing teams and Copywriters on multi-channel promotionalcampaigns, visualising and developing to final artwork
- Design and concepts forEcommerce site, emails and dynamic social media content
- Design and layout of direct mailmaterials, point of sale, visual retail solutions, press releases and internalcommunications
- Ensuring all creative adheres tostyle / brand guidelines and articulates brand values
- Managing projects from conceptstage through to execution, liaising with both internal and external partners
- Staying ahead of trends and newideas and interpret those into fantastic creative
