We believe that we do our best work when we are together, but also appreciate that everyone works in different ways. That’s why we operate with three working models which look to define where and how our people work - Remote, Hybrid, Site/Office - based.
Although we believe the majority of our people will choose our hybrid working model (at least 2 days in the office each week), for some of our teams that don't require as much in-person connection and collaboration, we offer fully remote working (with paid travel to the Moonpig office up to 6 times per year). Remote roles are specified directly on our job adverts

What You’ll Be Doing
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to drive our brand creative in a rapid growth environment. This role will be hybrid working from our London office, 1 day a week (usually Tuesday)
Reporting to the Lead Designer, your role will include a wide span of responsibility. From super creative design work across areas including web content, CRM and print, to developing the Creative Team.
You will be the key creative point across all teams in the business and will present work to a wide range of stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to utilise your broad creative skillset in a high growth business.
You'll be a great addition to the team if you:
- Ideally 2-3 years graphic design experience
- An impressive portfolio that showcases a variety of design skills ( Any motion graphics and animation projects are a bonus, we love animation!).
- A deep understanding and mastery of the Creative Suite CC.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with team members.
- Experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Consistently generates innovative content that can be applied across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, and outdoor campaigns.
- Strong background in CRM, creating emails and templates that can stand out from the competition.
- Offers exciting and creative visual ideas for campaigns, packaging, and digital channels.
- Has a good understanding of photography and can capture online assets using a camera.
