The Role:
We’re looking for a junior highly creative designer with a minimum of 1-3 years of working experience to join our growing Brand and Communications team. Someone who has been working in a studio, agency or inhouse and is looking for a new challenge. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a huge range of projects and help shape and grow our globally recognized much-loved kids’ brands. The role is suited to someone who is proactive and keen to expand their design skills. We want to see a portfolio packed with great ideas, attention to detail and beautifully + artistically executed design. An interest in music/album artwork design is a bonus as this will be a key responsibility. Reporting into the Brand Marketing Creative Lead, you’ll work on the creative development of our brands and the campaigns and content that promotes them – including album covers, digital marketing, social media, websites and key art.
Responsibilities:
- Employ and evolve existing brand guidelines
- To be highly creative, artistic, and push the boundaries when applicable
- Lead the creation of album artwork for Spotify and Apple Music
- Produce outstanding omni-channel design and marketing solutions
- Creation of digital assets and artwork for use on the likes of Netflix, BBC and Youtube
- Design and manage brand websites and direct marketing
- Design social media assets
Requirements

- Strong user in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & PPT
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good presentation skills
