The Opportunity
You should be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about your work and with a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for supporting the production of the brand and marketing collateral across both print and digital platforms. Come and join Miller as we embark on an exciting period of growth!
You will be working with the Graphic Design Manager, who is responsible for the strategic development of our Grpahic Design function and oversight of the design and creation of a wide range of marketing collateral and assets across the entire Miller business.
Role Responsibilities
- Create corporate marketing collateral for print and digital along with best practice, design and for the Marketing & Bid Management team and the wider Miller business.
- Working with the marketing and bid mangement team and the wider Miller business, direct, support and advise on corporate design, branding and the design and print process
- Present creative solutions across various marketing collateral and assets, ensuring that the design and brand fits with the copy and adheres to the Miller brand guidelines
- Manage print production process with various suppliers
- Adhere to and meet fully the expectations of Miller, as set out in its policies and procedures, training material, and embedded in its systems and controls. Our policies and procedures are written to encapsulate the compliance, legal and financial crime related legislation and regulations which apply to Miller.
- Comply with any external rules and requirements imposed on individuals performing their role at Miller, such as Lloyd’s byelaws and FCA rules. Promote Miller brand and values to enhance Miller’s reputation in the market

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years corporate graphic design experience and supporting portfolio
Knowledge
- Adobe Creative suite
- Advanced PowerPoint & Word skills
- Foleon desirable but not essential
Experience
- Financial service experience desirable but not essential
