The role:
Joining us as a major part of our Kendal club, you’ll be joining a growing group of franchises in the north west area that benefit from additional group support and opportunities.
The Sales Manager oversees the direct link between our members and is the face of the business, in & outside of the club. The role is incredibly varied, you will be asked to represent our brand and culture to the best of your ability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing & executing the clubs sales strategy to hit highly achievable monthly targets
- Responsible for the growth of monthly turnover
- Provide monthly club and sales reviews to the Sales Director & business owners
- Day-to-day management of your team of sales/membership advisors
- Promoting and representing the brand by generating awareness of the club within the local catchment area
- A secondary responsibility, assisted by the assistant manager, for the customer enquiry management process & general club maintenance

An ability to help create relevant social media promotional content would be advantageous to the role but is not essential.
A passion for the fitness industry or fitness background would be advantageous to this role but again is not essential.

Fantastic basic salary with OTE starting at £30,000 p.a, the commission structure is uncapped so there is the ability to achieve much, much more!!
Also includes a structured performance incentive plan to increase basic salary with very achievable targets.
