The incumbent will assist the visual presentation department by creating planograms and other strategic documents for our Bikini Village stores with the aim of ensuring effective communication in order to maximize sales.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Develop planograms and other merchandising documents so that guidelines are clear and concise for our stores and ensure these documents are sent on time;
- Develop display sequences each season for the Bikini Village banner[APC1] ;
- Adapt the Visual Standards Guide according to the evolution of our procedures to make sure guide is relevant and up-to-date;
- Send requests for store displays as well as maintain inventory;
- Participate in research for display concept development and other visual presentation tools;
- Participate in visual presentation policies and techniques development in order to standardize the company's brand image nationally;
- Participate in the selection and research of the components used for various documents;
- Keep abreast of trends in visual presentation and store concepts;
- Participate in all other special projects relating to visual presentation and/or marketing.
- Professional diploma or equivalent in graphic design;
- Minimum of one year experience in graphic design;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Creativity
- Ability to manage multiple projects at same time;
- Rigor and attention to detail;
- Team spirit;
- Bilingualism (written and spoken);
- Good knowledge of the Windows environment ;
- Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign;
- Knowledge of retail (an asset)
