We are looking for a People Partner to join our team at COBA Group.

COBA Group is a privately funded group of manufacturing and distribution businesses. Our key activities are invested in the design, manufacture and distribution of thermoplastic products. Founded in 1966, COBA employs over 800 people worldwide.
Supporting the EMEA division, the People partner will work closely with the Senior Leadership Teams of two COBA subsidiaries, COBA Europe Ltd and Carpet Accessory Trims Ltd.
COBA Europe, based in Rugby, Warwickshire, and Carpet Accessory Trims, based in Luton, Bedfordshire are dedicated to the manufacturing of specialist flooring profiles and accessories.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a standalone People Partner to work either on a full time (08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30-16:00 Friday).
You will be providing standalone, end to end HR service for the EMEA Division of COBA Group. This role is responsible for a headcount of c75 across two businesses, COBA Europe Ltd and Carpet Accessory Trims Ltd. Ideally you will be someone living in or between Rugby and Luton as you will be required to be flexible across both sites.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent) with knowledge of current statutory regulations within Human Resources. You will have experience of HR within a manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment and will be able to demonstrate expert skill in relationship development and coaching line managers.
