WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a part-time graphic designer, your day will be varied and dynamic. You'll be responsible for creating all assets for our campaigns, from web graphics, landing pages and case studies to social posts, blogs, and videos. You'll be part of the marketing team and provide a lot of creative direction to help shape the campaigns and bring our business to life and will be responsible for managing project timelines to ensure designs are completed on time.
- Working closing with the marketing team and creative agency to create designs for our campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message
- Creating and implementing innovative designs for a variety of materials including web, social media, reports, ppt and multimedia
- Brand guardian and point of contact to ensure consistency across all our look and feel
- Liaising with marketing and creative agency to determine requirements and timescales for each project are met
- Someone who can take our current brand as a kick off project and lift it to next level
- Someone who is happy with complete autonomy and happy to lead and suggest where we take our brand next
- Someone who has experience design landing pages in HubSpot, incorporating good user journeys into the process – or – someone who’s happy to learn
- Someone who has camera and video editing skills – or again – wants to learn and grow in this area
WHAT YOU NEED
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, used to working closely with a marketing team delivering campaign packages (landing pages, social graphics, ebooks etc)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or any other similar tools
- Strong understanding of Hubspot and experience or creating landing pages.
- Excellent visual design skills and a strong understanding of typography, colour, and layout
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback
- Video production (filming and editing) experience is a bonus
