About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as an In-House Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing law firm and play a key role in shaping our online presence and our brand. The successful candidate will be an individual who is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, has a strong understanding of the various social media platforms and has the ability to convey our message clearly and concisely on the various social media sites. Additionally, the candidate will assist with graphic design projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and increase brand awareness
- Create and curate content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts and respond to comments and messages
- Track and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Assist with graphic design projects, such as creating infographics, designing flyers, and updating the firm’s website
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Qualifications:
- Experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, Social Media Management and Graphic Design
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other graphic design software
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and social media marketing best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not required
